Bryan Zenchyk

Chief Operating Officer

Bryan Zenchyk, CCIM is the Chief Operating Officer at Morning Axe Management (and its parent company, Morning Calm Management), where he is responsible for all property-level operations for the company’s portfolio. He is also involved in all aspects of the company’s capital markets related activities and is the Managing Broker for Morning Calm Advisors, Morning Calm Management’s in-house real estate brokerage arm. He previously was the Vice President of Leasing for a privately held real estate investment and management company for over eight years.

Mr. Zenchyk received a B.B.A from Stetson University, where he competed on the collegiate baseball team. Mr. Zenchyk has earned the CCIM Designation and holds Real Estate Broker’s Licenses in multiple jurisdictions.
